Product Availability
Orders may take 5-7 business days to prepare and shipping may take 6-10 business days. Sometimes an item may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the Site. If this happens, we will contact you directly by email and propose possible options. Due to the uniqueness of our product, there is no guarantee of a back-order.

Payments are accepted by Pay Pal. Major credit cards accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)
Personal checks and cash will NOT be accepted
California residents will incur a 9.75% California sales tax, which will be added.
No COD’s will be permitted
Shipping Rate
We ship via FedEx Ground. We charge a flat rate of $20 per shipment. We do not have international shipping at this time. Orders may take 5-7 days to prepare and shipping may take between 6-10 business days. Please expect up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. You will be notified by email as to the status of your order.
Comparison Purchasing
To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly. To confirm the quality of an item, please email us and we will be happy to help you make your choice. We want you to make the best choice possible, so please request a more detailed explanation or pictures of the item prior to purchasing and we will be happy to help you. Return Policy
You must request a Returned Authorization (RA) number by email. Please Contact us. No refunds will be accepted without an RA. All returns must be postmarked within 20 days of original shipping date. Please ship back prepaid via a carrier that has tracking capabilities. No COD’s will be permitted.
Important Notes and Restrictions:
If you receive a damaged box, please do not open and immediately Contact us. Any opening of the box shall be conclusive that the box was not damaged.
Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the return destination address.
Make certain to use the original packaging when returning an item to ensure that it arrives in the same condition it was in when you received it.
As a safeguard against potential abuse, The Dori Collection reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.
