Return Policy
You must request a Returned Authorization (RA) number by email. Please Contact us. No refunds will be accepted without an RA. All returns must be postmarked within 20 days of original shipping date. Please ship back prepaid via a carrier that has tracking capabilities. No COD's will be permitted.
Important Notes and Restrictions:
If you receive a damaged box, please do not open and immediately Contact us . Any opening of the box shall be conclusive that the box was not damaged.
Refunds will NOT be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the return destination address.
Make certain to use the original packaging when returning an item to ensure that it arrives in the same condition it was in when you received it.
As a safeguard against potential abuse, The Dori Collection reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns. |
